A month after retiring from a 43 year career in local church ministry I was diagnosed with cancer. My reaction was to laugh to keep from crying. Cancer shocked me but I was determined cancer would not define me. I set out to integrate my ministry experience with my doctoral degree in life transformation; with my eleven years of podcasting and my love of comedy. The result is the creation of the "Cancer and Comedy Show." The vision is to seek healing through hope and humor. The mission is to turn the grim into a grin.
